very helpful when I asked them about connecting the ground wire to the battery versus the block turns out they want it on the Block so that's where it went and it works great

one issue, the attachment of the front of the storage. That is embarrassing, a freaking hook. The front is facing the traffic and wind. I bought the same product in 2019, and did offer such. The front hinges were sealed on my first purchase. So, BUY the product, it is superior and fairly wet free. Huh? I drove thru simple rain, Arizona. This PRODUCT is a relieve when traveling, it is safe. If you are traveling w/ kids, this is AUTOMATIC. The cloth roof carriers, are pathetic, ask my clothes on a highway in Arizona. If traveling, buy the product

One blaming the other. They will put in your bank statements you received the refund but you don’t actually get the funds they just put it in paper that they did. And not actually give you the funds. The bag had been “inspected” and sealed even though an important piece was missing. I called Jegs and got a replacement piece. Would have been a huge problem if I was leaving on a trip anytime soon.Debra
