The product arrived in a timely fashion. It was exactly what I had hoped, abd it was exactly as described. There were no instructions nor any written on ommunication from the seller. It was not hard to put together, but it would have been nice to have just simple instructions to make it more quickly without having to stop and sit and think about what to do and figure it out by trial and error. Very satisfied with the product, however.

Manual lawn aeration sent without any instructions. Tools missing that is needed to secure the pole. The screens and the mini wrench included to secure the pole do not screw the screws as expected as the tool is defective.

ZERO porches/homes matching photo. walmart won't help. FedEx won't. Both say they will look into it. Zero follow up after two reports made to each place. I have no item, no refund bc I have no item to retirn, nada. Help! I tried reaching out to seller. No response yet. Trying this bc I have spent too much time trying to fix someone"s error with zero luck.I will change my review depending on customer service I receive.anonymous
