This purchase was for a gift. The package was delivered to a secondary building on the property at the shipping address and was burried in a foot of snow before the recipient found it. They said that it was so well packaged that no damage occurred. The recipient was overjoyed to receive her gift.

They will not stand behind their products. Refused to replace or refund money for a 100 ft hose I only got about 2 weeks of use out of. If a Zero star rating was available I would have chosen negative 10.
