The item description was exact. The packaging was efficient with no wasted material and the box it was packed in to was the perfect size. They deserve top marks for efficient use of materials. The item itself was exactly what I was looking for with no surprises.

I purchased a double pack of Werther’s soft caramels. Every piece of candy in there was squashed and very difficult to open. They were also all stuck to the liner of the wrapper and very difficult to eat. You have to either scrape them off with your teeth or lick them. I certainly expected better from a name company like this is whose product I have enjoyed before. Will see what the second bag brings, but if problem, persists, I will stop buying them and tell all my friends.
