I have a feeling the seller is dealing with a lot of nonsense revolving around swagtron swag cycle because the company is now defunct due to an unfair product recall. putting a lot of people out of work! so undoubtedly there is a lot of fraud at play with consumers attempting to milkthe system.

Horrible! Bike arrived damaged and now they’re saying as is and I to pay to have it shipped back. No where when purchasing the item was this displayed! When clicking the warranty information provided by WalMart there was nothing. I suggest Walmart not sell items if they can’t verify there is actually a 1 year manufacturers warranty!

But Deals A Day says it is 12 days beyond their 30-day return so they won't do anything to replace it. We purchased an extra warranty but they won't cover it because it is supposed to still be under manufacturer warranty. But the manufacturer website is not available and their phone number is invalid. T his is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!eapf

- 1 out of 5 stars review9/9/2024This is unacceptable that walmart accepts scammers like this seller (DealsADayInc) as I was reviewing the product prior to purchasing it clearly shows that the product is returnable but does not show how or the process, then I decide to order the Electric scooter from them since they are backed by walmart, once I order the product they email me that my product is not returnable and if I wanted to return I had to pay for the shipping to send it back and get my money back or get it deducted from the cost of the Scooter, here's the best part I receive the scooter today and after fully charging it the scooter does not work at all. Then I reach out to the seller and they tell me that in order to return I need to pay, how is it my responsibility ...Carlos
