No problems. My ring arrived in a very small plastic baggie, which was carefully placed in a cute little gold box. Very thoughtful if purchased to give as a gift, although in my case it was a gift to myself. I am pleased.

Sent wrong item, now I’m having to make a return %26 go to the store or be out the money. I contacted them for the option to save me the effort of a $4 refund for an item they shouldn’t be selling to anyone… and I shouldn’t be surprised 😂

- 1 out of 5 stars review2/4/2025Never received the correct product I emailed the people they told me they would send me the correct item and I never I emailed them back and they never answered. Do not buy these items. They are crappy. They are not the colors that they show on the picture. Also, you have to make sure you know the right size of thread for the dermal insert because they did not fit, they were too wide. One of the colors that I ordered, which was supposed to be opal green literally looked like a drop of hardened hot glue.KelleyGriffin
