Description not as it claim or says to be. Shipment was good, but the quality of product is not good due to I was sent something that didn't work I feel scammed outta my hard earned cash plus I didn't get to get my kid an tablet but instead a tablet that didn't work nor have a charging cord

- 5 out of 5 stars review1/1/2026I actually saw this being used on a YouTube channel as I was searching for recipes. I did quite a bit of research on air fryers. I have had one in the past, but the area where you put the food was deep and not wide. Because most air fryer foods suggest you spread them out in a thin layer, I was intrigued about how this one worked. After reading a lot of reviews, I decided to give this one a chance. I have only used it as an air fryer, despite the fact that it can be used as an indoor grill for small quantities. I am completely sold on its abilities as an air fryer! I’ve tried all types of frozen potatoes and vegetables. It takes a little bit of trial and error for the types of food you want to air fry, but the ninja XL does offer suggestion...jumpannejump

The packaging was intact, undamaged which was nice for a change (we have received quite a few packages lately from other vendors that were way late and boxes tore up. The driver was so nice to slide it on my rug so I could reach the microwave. A friend came and helped lift it out of the box and into the counter. Came right on time in perfect condition.HEIDI

It was delivered to the wrong address, then after finding it on my own because the shippers and Walmart customer service was no help at all, I gave it to my daughter for Christmas. Then I find out it doesn't even work! I am very frustrated and disappointed with this item. Now I get to go through the hassle of returning the item for hopefully one that works.saraha

The screen and case were both heavily scratched and scuffed. The operating system isn’t able to update because of how old it is. So I basically bought a paperweight that looks horrible and is useless. I wouldn’t trust or buy from this seller again.jjohikdnkdn

Yes Most items sold %26 shipped by Walmart can be returned for free, either to a store or by mail. Walmart handles the delivery, returns and customer service for these items. Items purchased in store or items picked up or delivered from a store can only be returned to a store. Walmart requires seller to use minimum standards for item returns, but each seller has their own policy.” But when contacted within that window suddenly it became a 30 day return policy. Buyer beware!!!kris
