fast and reliable. my item came as described and when promised. everything was exactly as I expected it to be. i didn't have to communicate with them for any reason so i can't speak on that.

not impressed with the product I purchased at all, even with the bold text on the pretty box stating that it was DESIGNED in the USA (but it was made elsewhere).
I tried to find any way to contact them (customer support?) to no avail. Just another lousy cell case company that will get lost among the hundreds of others soon.
Sadly, they managed to get my $ before they fade away...

- 5 out of 5 stars review2/17/2025Seller did a great job of shipping the case to me in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, the fingerprint ID did not work on the screen protector. I emailed the seller and they immediately shipped me out a replacement case. It is how a seller responds when things are not perfect that shows how good they are. I would give this seller more than 5 stars if it was possible!Jack
