No communication needed. Seems like it took a while to get the clock but, it was during December, so, it was probably due to Christmas deliveries.

Came broken, and missing pieces, not FeEx faul. I sent two emails with photos of the box and the product per cards inside box, response was they can’t find the order need more numbers then the Walmart order number. I don’t have time to keep sending emails, or to rebox and return and then wait to see if a better one comes in. I am also an hour away from a Walmart. Bad product bad service and total loss of $200.
