Contacted seller, I bought two 4 packs, only received 2. I also contacted Walmart, never got a response from either. I will next go to Paypal and get my money back.

They refused to take responsibility for a faulty product, and were only offering a 20% refund, not to mention the 20% restocking fee, essentially leaving me with a ZERO refund, or a faulty product!!! And have yet to respond to my most recent email over a week ago! I will be taking this up with Walmart and/or the better business bureau when I have time!Nathan

Instead they sent me a completely different pair of earbuds, and when I initiated the return, they asked if I would just keep them and not get a refund. Their exact words were: "Dear buyer, We are so sorry for the trouble. We know the item doesn't reach your expectation, but the items are in low price and you can use it normally, right? could you keep the item? You know we did not get much money on your item,really hope you can understand it. Looking forward to your reply. Best regards" To which I said, no of course. If they had just said sorry and taken them back I wouldn't even have a problem. Heck I might have even considered buying from them again if their other ratings weren't so bad....Steven

Now they want a video of what it is doing. Return policy states it's eligible for return within 30 days, but they won't give me the information needed to process a return.Kimmie0918
