I ordered an 8 GB RAM module from this seller but received a 4 GB module instead. Unfortunately, I only discovered the discrepancy a couple of weeks later. Upon contacting the seller, he admitted to making a mistake on Walmart’s platform and claimed that the 8 GB version would cost nearly twice as much. However, he never disclosed that he had intentionally shipped a lower-spec item.
This conduct is misleading and dishonest. Despite acknowledging the error, the seller has refused to honor the original price or offer a proper resolution. I find this practice unacceptable and intend to report it to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to help prevent similar experiences for other customers. I would give 0 star for this seller and Walmart if there ...
