They did not properly pack the items, the wrong parts, and the missing 1 critical part and 5 other missing parts. They stated to me that they are out of the parts needed. And they don't do refunds. This is not the way to run a marketplace company. They soil WALMART'S reputation. Thank goodness WALMART takes care of their customers because SMJ does not.

I received a product that only worked once and then had no issues.And the next time I went to use it would not start, didn't even make us sound to turn over nothing.Walmart deemed it defective but did nothing to honor their 3 year warranty.I purchased from them.Therefore, I'm canceling my membership with Walmart.Since they really screwed me over on this... Buyer, beware and paying extra for warranties.Won't keep you safe cause walmart doesn't honor them or keep their word..kari

Slow if no progress for either reimbursement or replacement. Paid extra insurance. If try to call no one answers. You are better off going to store and purchase. As of right now I am out $175.Derald

Im sure dealing with Joes would have likely been more pleasant than dealing with Wal Mart(on returning the item) had i known it was a 3rd party seller. i returned and ordered the same unit from Home Depot as I have owned this model before. still running strong, just giving it to a needy person.Craig
- 5 out of 5 stars review6/27/2025This mower arrived 2 weeks earlier than predicted. The shipper arrived in a tractor trailer, so you need to accommodate that kind of room for him to deliver. He had a lift gate, but the platform of the lift-gate was not long enough to fit the oversized pallet that housed the lawn mower. The driver really struggled, but kept a very pleasant attitude even though it was a difficult delivery. At one point I had to use my tractor to help get it off the lift-gate as it was stuck and too heavy for both of us to move. I tipped him well for his great attitude and effort. He got the job done. But now we need to get a friend to take it to the dealer down here it will not change gears. I am very upset about all of this Thank youFrani
