This seller will not resolve an issue to return a fan that hasn’t been opened. I can’t get a return label or an answer on how to return and Walmart is also not helping. Do not recommend.

I placed an order on Oct/10, delivery was scheduled on Oct/15, but never happened. I kept following up with OnTrac %26 they dont have a call center, you can only chat. I even offered that i can pickup from their local office but they said that is not possible. I was having a bday party at home %26 was planning to put this fan in the living room, so it was important for me. Fedex, UPS, DHL, USPS deliver to my Townhome, so i dont know why they had problem delivering. I even receive package from Walmart routinely. Finally on Oct/21, i requested Walmart to cancel the order. They issued me a refund, later I received an email from Walmart on Oct/26 that t...Kumar

We ordered a fireplace cabinet, and they sent us just a cabinet, clear as day there was no fireplace even pictured on the box let alone inside the box. Whomever packed this item for delivery sure did not even pay attention to the description that CLEARLY states FIREPLACE. Who's minding the store??Abigail
