To see the actual watch is different than the photo. It is small and looks like a child's watch on my wrist. I should have ordered silver to go with my rings. I received it early. I just didn't know how it would look on my wrist until I got it.

I purchased the PS5 2 TB Call of Duty® game included. The system kept showing a system error code for software. I called the company hypertech where this came from several times and was on hold up to 22 minutes never having anybody pick up the phone and I left I can’t even remember how many messages to call me back never getting a phone call back. I called PlayStation company to get help was on the phone with them 2 hours and they told me there was nothing they could do and that I needed to return it to the company I bought it from needed for a full refund because it was defective. Do not buy anything from this company. I wish I would’ve read the other reviews before I purchased it because they have very poor reviews awful company.

- 1 out of 5 stars review1/23/2026I'm sorry, but this is unacceptable. I ordered longer than 30 days ago, and have been waiting on an answer. Now I hear that I will only get $20 for the trouble? I ordered a bundle on Dec 12th. I didnt know that I received the wrong order because it was a Christmas gift or my son that wasnt opened until after the packages arrived. We sent an email asking what we were supposed to receive, but had to research that ourselves. The bundle included a Sony PlayStation 5 Slim Disc Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 console edition. Please see the picture from the Walmart website. That console is $617 on Walmarts website by itself. We received a regular PS 5 console that is $549 on walmarts website. - 1 out of 5 stars review1/24/2026the item was easy enough to purchase and camevin a timely manner but it was a Christmas gift for my daughter. When it became clear the item wasn't going to meet expectations, I called for tech support. ¿My warranty was expired? HOW?! I paid for one. Was the fact it was up to 30 days in the fine print? Then when i reached out for a replacement, REFUND was the only option. REALL?! THEN my approved refund is $63 short. The product isn't what's advertised. Lenovo is know for its laptops...perhaps that's the lane they should stay in. At least for now.Tiombe

I couldn't return it because it was a birthday present for my grandson, and he was really looking forward to it. I don't recommend them and will probably report them to the BBB.Mario

- 1 out of 5 stars review12/16/2025The item arrived opened, re-taped and a damaged product box. it looks to have been torn open from the side and re-taped. The seal at the top of the box has not been opened. it is obviously a damaged package being sold without disclosure of the damaged packaging. The shipping box was in perfect condition so it was packaged this way for shipment. I am thoroughly disappointed. I no longer have time to return it for an exchange even if I could get one unfortunately when it was received my husband hit it from my son and I did not see this damage until I was wrapping it. I am extremely disappointed by this at this point I feel stuck because it is so close to the holiday.AdkMom
