a very satisfied customer here. the bike was shipped quickly and arrived on time. it was packaged well and no damage occurred during shipping. the assembly was easy with the instructions and video tutorials on line. the customer service staff even called to be sure I did not have problems with delivery and to remind me they were available by phone. it's the first dirt bike for grandson and he is enjoying it immensely.

lack of response during replacement of first jacket, which did not fit. I had to show proof that they had received my return, but had to show proof to get a return, making me have to reach out to WalMart. Not happy with this purchase, definitely experiencing buyers remorse from quality issues to business practices employed. I took a chance and ordered the same jacket in a lager size, which fits, but the jacket is very cheap feeling.
