I really enjoy these wrist sweat bands. They work fantastic for kettlebell workouts! Doing tricep push back it protects your wrist. I also enjoy the '80s TOUGH warrior look. I definitely recommend them for workouts or for everyday use. Sometimes you're wrists can feel a little sore when you're not working out and they add a comfort on those days as well. A light pressure (comforting) squeeze.
