One week later I call and they said sorry, no table was shipped and they would refund me. They shipped late, didnt package properly and then dropped the ball on customer service. Kaplan has really gone downhill. Will never count on them again , especially for 4 year old birthday gifts.Chris

The item got delivered to the wrong address and sent back by current owners so I did not receive my item. I am now trying to get a refund.Dawn
