I didn't need to communicate to them other than buying stamps from this seller through walmart. I got the stamps. They were nicely, packaged and secured.

product is what it's supposed to be, but an extra 3 day delivery, costed me an exuberant amount of rental late fees. Walmart delivery SUCKS!!! I'd have walked the 6 miles to town to get stamps if I had known that my delivery would be 3 days later than promised.

If I wanted to run all over to get the stamps I wanted, I wouldn't have ordered them for home delivery. Not acceptable to subsitute without asking for approval first.Patty
