I had a small issue with my original shipment because the package was damaged in transit and some parts were missing. I contacted the seller and was honestly impressed with how quickly they responded. Within 24 hours they had apologized and confirmed that a replacement was already being sent.
The new item arrived quickly and in perfect condition. It’s rare these days to see customer service handled this efficiently and professionally. Mistakes can happen in shipping, but what really matters is how a company handles it, and this seller handled it perfectly.
I would absolutely purchase from them again.

Smaller than expected. Cheap, Flimsy and I won't buy again. When you squeeze to open them, the pieces fall apart. Will buy a much durable and bigger clothes pin in the future by seeing it in person in the store. Never buy them online at least not these. This is the first bad review I've ever given.
