The packaging was unprofessional and a bug was in the box. The box was cut, torn, and smashed with lots of tape to reuse the box. Next was packing material that was also old and used and did not wrap around completely. Then there was bubble wrap around the the item and that wasn't wrapped properly either. Despite all that, I did appreciate the item coming earlier than the original date. And the item was nice. I just hope there wasn't any other bugs inside the box that crawled away before I caught the one I did! And i.habe no idea what kind of bug it was. I don't want bugs in my home because I order something from Walmart!

But then I got a refund message from Walmart, which means the seller cancelled the order. I've noticed that Walmart online has a lot of questionable sellers and not many items come from the store anymore.BP

The sole or bottom of the boot is rock hard and very uncomfortable under the foot, especially if there is a cast or other wrapping on the foot. Also, the color shown in the photo is not the color of the boot I received. The part of the boot that is on the ground or floor can be hard and that is how it should be, but the inside of the boot where the foot is should be soft and comfortable. Unfortunately, this boot is not comfortable. Inside, the boot should be comfortable and cushion the bottom of the foot, but this boot does not do that.Wanda

My Oven Rack Pusher Puller 14.5" Kitchen Utensil arrived with glue all over it, I had to use lighter fluid to remove it from this wooden stick. Not sure how you could send product in that condition and feel good about what you sold to me. I was able to remove most of the glue, but I couldn’t have used it in the condition it arrived in as it was sticking to my hand, pretty much useless in that condition.Troublex2
