I will order again. Nothing majorly wrong with the bike. The battery didn’t charge and I called it in and the customer service was excellent. When I called they shipped the parts right out. It’s to the point I can just FaceTime them and get what I need. These people are awesome and more than willing to help fix whatever problem you have. The bike is awesome. I highly recommend it. Money well spent. It’s just too cold outside. This was a Christmas gift. It’s now the end of Jan. It’s too cold to ride. I enjoy this bike for myself and I’m 34 years old and 5ft3in tall. It’s a nice ride. I promise.

Wish I could give 0 stars the item is defective. I tried to return to Walmart which is the app I purchased through they said I had to contact seller directly on this item for all return needs. Contacted the seller over and over with no response. DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS FROM THIS SELLER. Check all reviews mostly 1 and 2 stars. Lesson learned for me.

It's easy to use , smooth to ride and kept them entertained the whole time. Seeing how much joy it brought them made the purchase totally worth it. - 1 out of 5 stars review1/29/2026Bike came and on the first day the cord for the starter broke: called Walmart and they refused to do anything unless in disassembled the bike, cleaned out the gas and whatever else and then put back in the original box it was in. Which was ripped open and already outside getting rained on. I spent a lot of money on this bike and it’s just sitting there and my son is extremely sad. That was his big surprise gift. My husband is trying to fix it but customer service was no help. No even a credit back to help cover parts we have to now purchase.rebecca

- 1 out of 5 stars review2/11/2026When I received the hoverboard, charged as told, and turned in on, it shook crazily, making it impossible to ride. My son still tried to ride it bc he was excited about it but the hoverboard would abruptly stop with him on it, throwing my son off. I reached out to the seller letting them know what was going on. We’ve emailed - they emailed a packing label for fed ex and asked us to return in. We took it to fed ex who said they have a special service that picks up hoverboards and gave us the number. I reached out to the service asking what box and stuff I needed. They said they would not take the return if it was not in its original box , which I had already told the seller I did not have. This company will not answer my email or the phone calls. Do yourself a favor and spend a bit more with a more reputable company. I am also disappointed in Walmart for doing business with this company.Anita

- 1 out of 5 stars review2/2/2026Both of the boards have been malfunctioning. One is not working at all. They were Christmas gifts so they haven't even been used that long. I tried to contact the company 2 times and they didn't respond . I tried to get a refund but it was denied because it was more than 30 days since I purchased them. I purchased them before Christmas as gifts, obviously it was more than 30 days. I am not getting any help and I am stuck with crappy hoverboards.Marcelle

They were flopping around in the huge box with no padding. Box was open %26 horrible . I returned them. Because I was afraid they were damaged because of the shaving. I have pictures if you want to see them.Mary
