Spoke with Seller by phone before placing the order he promised phone was fully UNLOCKED and ready for any carrier's SIM activation. Phone arrived NOT UNLOCKED. Seller did not respond after the sale when instructed by Walmart to send us a replacement UNLOCKED phone. Walmart saved the day, did the right thing and fully refunded the money paid. Bravo Walmart [that's why we continue doing business with Walmart]. Seller joins the legion of disreputable vendors.Bill
