Everything was great except for the packaging. The wrapper around the cardstock was so flimsy that it was ripped when it arrived. The paper inside is great!

Arrived on time but the seller did not provide the product in the manufactures normal box but they place the quantity of pens in a walmart grocery bag then in a shipping box and sent it to me. Not what I expect from Walmart.

- 2 out of 5 stars review1/14/2026It is a very cumbersome chair to assemble. You need a work table in a garage with room and a helper. The seat part is VERY heavy on its own. The arm rests are not cushy enough. They need one more layer of a neoprene like foam under it to be better. The adjustments are OK but, there is not seat tilt. Which is helpful for older bottoms. It could use a head rest. If you had sold a head rest version, I would have bought that for sure. My old chair had one but, was a stupid mesh seat, which became torture. I had to go back to foam. The foam is good on this chair. Note that to return it, you have to put it back in the box. Good luck figuring THAT out. I think it is better to buy office chairs from a local (or distant) office furniture show room ...Mike

However, my computer went on a vacation so I ended up hand writing 100 return labels and addresses. I created a Facebook event page in order to get the word out about the party. At the door we handed each guest their invitation and no one was offended. Thankful my birthday party was fabulous.15croc
