1st, please purchase the warranty. And only purchase the assembly crew option if you absolutely do not have someone who can assemble it for you. Or if you feel you cannot do it yourself. The assembly people do not wait to hear from you to confirm your availability. Not good. They should wait to hear from customers before they send an employee, so that money and time IS NOT wasted!! That happened to me. Only a few weeks after my vanity was put up did I realize that my plugs do not all work. One plug does not fit anything in it. And the other plug fits, but does not charge. So of my four 4 plug in parts, only 2 work. Warranty would have allowed me to get a replacement of the whole unit that holds the plug in parts. Please buy the warranty! D...

Pictures did not accurately reflect colored lights for Ktaxon Electric Kettle Water Heater , Glass Tea, Coffee Pot . Also, instructions were not good. They did not explain much.

There is no user manual inside the box other than a pictorial of assembly with directions of assembly and parts list. There is no item detail nor description on the shipping box nor product info inside the box that stipulates brand, manufacturer, model number, and no user instructions. There is “NO” thick bowl lid or top as described in the online detail for this grill. Rather the bowl-top and bottom-are thin. Because there is no product description, brand, model %23, nor manufacturer, I do not trust using this product.
