The seller did fine. The product was packed well and arrived timely but the problem is I didn’t get to use it much and they were lines across the screen. I wanted to send it in, but I ended up in the hospital. It’s still not used. It needs to be fixed.

I'm disappointed with the condition of the device. The description said "Refurfished-like new." However, the device is in terrible condition: it has several dents and scratches. The screen's rubber border is peeling; it looks like some kind of maintenance or replacement was done on the screen. I don't usually review products, but this case warrants it.
