5 star all the way. cue shaft was delivered earlier than expected. the shaft was packaged so as not to be damaged during shipping. The shaft is beautiful and I started using it immediately. It is perfect.

My doubts were well-foundedd. Why? Because they sent a 2x4 case while still advertising a 3x5 case on Walmart. Do not order from CoolPoolTables. Truth in advertising!paul

The Walmart website did not offer that option like other pool cue websites have. Pretty much all options are, in my experience, more reliable than USPS which manages to delay, deliver late, misplace or otherwise make things disappear from time to time. Would UPS ground have been a lot more money? Seriously!raygam
