Easy to heat up in the microwave and stays warm for 20 to 30 minutes. Nice moist heat to sooth aches. Wish is was a little larger, but great to have and use anyway.

I am very disappointed to hear that I did not receive my order and when I contacted Walmart they said that it was not eligible for a refund of any kind this is one very disappointed customer 603-921-8853
