This was the biggest waste of time and the most awful experience ever! I ordered this bed. It came on time, but there were no instructions and no tools and then called Walmart and I was on the phone for over an hour to basically have them tell me that they could not replace it. They’re just gonna have to refund it so I basically wasted two hours on the phone for them to tell me to just return it. Nobody tried to make it right this is an absolute joke. Do not order this bed or from this company. It’s an absolute joke.

- 3 out of 5 stars review3/5/2026Product is fine. Delivery and pickup of old mattress (required in California) is a joke. Walmart will always give a closer date for delivery than what will actually happen. So, if the delivery date is three days away, always expect four or five days and always expect updates. On top of this, if you need to get a mattress picked up, they contract (or maybe own) Angi, which is a local handyman service. AND YOU HAVE TO DOWNLOAD THE ANGI APP TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE HANDYMAN. There is no other option. So, if you don't like adding another app to your phone, avoid having buying a mattress from Walmart because the pick up of the old mattress will require downloading an app. And the mattress pickup, like delivery was rescheduled several times. I have no complaints, cause it was easy to put together and can carry enough weight that I can use it for storing my bedding. It really is very easy to keep me and all my fur babies are enjoying it. It keeps the bed low enough my dog and I can both get on no issues (my dog has an ottoman to make the jump easier on her joints) and there's still enough room under the bed for storage %26 for my dog to climb under safely when she inevitably decides that's her favorite place on earth to take mid-day naps. This bed frame is very light weight, so I can easily move it when I need to really clean under the bed. It's less of a hassle to move than the mattress. I like the design too. Only thing I'd change is putting it on something that can slide or roll when I want it to. I could rig up some locking wheels to fit it, by that would still make it taller. this is the Perfect height.Chelsea

Upon opening its box, I found the topper encased in plastic, looking much like clothes packed in airless bags for travel. Its directions advised me that it would take about 48 to 72 hours for it to be fully inflated, I was a bit annoyed about the length o f time stated. I even re-read the topper's description on-line and didn't see any notice of this. It was fairly easy for this 5-foot tall person to install. So, after placing the now dislodged topper on the bed, I waited for the flat, irregular appearing item to inflate. It was so flat that I was dubious of this happening and spent my first night after opening sleepi...Maureen

It is a great buy for the price and seems to be holding up well despite my granddaughter climbing inside! It's perfect for storing shoes or just about anything. I'm happy with this purchase.Shelley
