🛑👎🏼It’s has been over two months now, I ordered DJI drone from this seller in the month of November it was supposed to be delivered in 2 business days. Today it’s is January the 10th and I have not received my order product yet nor I have any confirmation, resolution about my replacement or refund. 👎🏼The seller keeps looping me around about we are working on your case. I had this terrible experience from the seller.. if anybody is reading this review and you still want to give your business to the seller and buy product for them to avoid at your own risk. Of the seller of Walmart is reading my review I request Walmart and the seller to take a strict actions against my order, which is still not resolved yet. I request to refund my money...

- 4 out of 5 stars review12/31/2025Please put shipping label on the bottom of the box. When removed from the top, it leaves a sticky surface, which will have to be covered with something else. Product could use a picture or two on how to uses the dividers that are included. I DO like the sturdiness of the box, a lot.Diana

- 1 out of 5 stars review4/16/2026Seller is horrific! This was a NAS bundled with 5 hard drives for a single price which I paid. Single shipment notification was given. Shipment arrived. Surprise, just a single hard drive and no NAS. After hours on line with Walmart and Adorama the story was that Adorama did not have the NAS but decided to ship the then not needed 5 hard drives in 3 shipments: 1, 1, and 4. More time with Walmart they cancelled the last 4 but I received another single drive. Shipped both back to Walmart waiting for the last refund for the 2 drives. A lot of difficulty trying to get Walmart's help. Walmart's AI telephone and online barrier to getting human help is terrible.Norin

I don’t know it came with a Italian/Spanish Manuel.😎 OK it was a manual, I tried to get one from Sony and Walmart neither of which cooperated well Walmart did they told me I needed to contact Adorama, I did, they promptly located an English copy, and I have it in my possession Now, I give this company five stars! The Sony receiver is great despite the box having a huge dent in it from Fedex! Anyway, I want to leave you with good thoughts from Adorama. Customer service was wonderful and they got the manual to me within two days so praise God!ForcesOfGood

I don’t regret buying it at all — the only regret I have is not buying it sooner. The DJI Mini 4 Pro exceeded all my expectations. I trust this merchant to send on time, packed carefully, and I did need to sign for this drone (PERFECT). Honest merchant delivers what they say they do. Walmart....do continue doing business with this merchant as your SUB merchant. Adorama Walmart--perfect mix. I felt very comfortable with this transaction since it was under WALMART name. There are lots of counterfeit SD cards on many sites. I was a bit concerned that I might get counterfeit SD cards, but when I saw the vendor was Adorama, I knew the cards would be genuine.Bob
