- 1 out of 5 stars review12/27/2025I ordered this jacket, and a damaged package was delivered to my door with no item inside. The plastic packaging had clearly been slashed open, and the only thing inside was a note from USPS apologizing for damage to the package. I contacted the seller to request a replacement or refund, and they’re telling me that “because the package has been delivered [they] cannot do anything”. This is ridiculous, as the only thing they delivered was some ripped plastic. If the seller changes their mind and gives me a refund, I will gladly update this review to reflect that. But otherwise it’s 1 star.Matt

I put on one of the other pairs and while working the hole seams stitching on the right leg fell apart. We're talking about the entire link of the lag. They're made in China! I believe these sweet pants were factory rejects.Richard

Just because they look nice doesn't make them quality. i also received the wrong color on one of the pants. My nephew refuses to wear the other pair due to the first ones being such poor quality and leaving him embarrassed at work.Kim

My son , opened the package and used one of the shirts along with, if I noticed the problem, , so therefore I could not return them. My lesson learned.. doesn’t change the fact that you sent the wrong ones.roger

I called and was told I would be given my money back for the pair not received which never happened. I opted for money returned after being told the 3rd pair would not arrive till well after Christmas. Not happy with this at all. I selected one star because I had to choose one.joyce
