These earbuds were really good. Unfortunately, the little pointy piece that goes inside your phone to listen to music has broke while still plugged inside my phone; while using a public restroom. Also, the earbuds were in my pocket at the time. I paid for insurance on them so if by chance if someone could contact me regarding getting a replacement pair; that would be very helpful. Thank you in advance.
