unit was not compatible with my laptop. AND, I had to purchase a power supply cord because the unit did not come with one. Disappointed, and can't use the docking station. Can I send it back?

- 5 out of 5 stars review1/21/2026Great device. comes with everything needed to immediately set up a one cord laptop workstation to 2 monitors. It comes with a USBC-HDMI converter, but depending on the 2nd screen you will likely want to buy a dedicated USBC to hdmi/display cord in order to get the most out of using the downstream Thunderbolt 4 ports for display. Be aware just because your laptop is thunderbolt capable, does not mean its graphics card will support multiple screens through the one port. My laptop does, but my wife's only supports one screen.JONATHAN
