The packet of disk contain 4 defective disk that would not format. This is pretty low quality considering I had NEVER had defective blank disk from other brands.

I ordered an internal DVD burner/player for a PC. It arrived in a timely manor. When I installed, there were no issues, everything worked out fine. Reason for the 3 stars was simply, something fragile like a DVD Burner/Player should have been better packed. It was just the drive unit in a plastic bag (more then likely it came from a bulk lot of drives) and then placed in a box the size of the drive with zero protection pr padding or anything. Packing would been perfect if it was a book, but being a fragile piece of equipment, the packing was poor. I would purchase from this seller again, but I probably wouldn't purchase anything considered fragile.

Although I have issues with the product itself; the seller is ideal. The Fed ex person is incompetent and cant find my home, making my delivery late, the seller shopped out on time and would have arrived on time had Fed ex not hired a driver...thats clearly new...
