I will never buy from seller again. After I received the first book 30 days to taming your tongue which I returned I cancelled my order for taming your anger, they claim they did not get the message until it was too late. Then when I contacted customer service they gave me a hard time and told me to return it by mail which I had no shipping material , so I ended up having to go to the store to get shipping material and returning it . A lot of hassel. I love walmart thought, never have a problem with them, just bookpro.

When they were delivered I discovered that they were paperback books in a hardcover book display box. I kept the books because they were a gift but was disappointed because they were paperback and not hardcover books. I think they should do a better job with the description of the product.Sissy
- 3 out of 5 stars review1/22/2026The delivery would have been better if they had more of an accurate delivery date but I was told between 2-3 weeks then one day told it would be coming on a Monday then changed again two weeks away then just showed up a week before they said it would arrive. but the book came in good conditionTiffany

- 3 out of 5 stars review2/27/2026Seller's shipping date seemed to stall for a ~4 days after purchase. Then was later updated to take 4 more days to arrive than initially indicated. Seller's vendor delivering item to USPS was slow with also slow with those updates. Then, at the last minute the order arrived 2 days earlier than anticipated. As someone who monitors arrival dates of packages, it's helpful when the estimated arrival dates are accurate and not bouncing around. This will allow the recipient plan accordingly and to be available when the package arrives and to avoid missing packages.Mercedes

I ordered one book and was billed for two. it cost me a trip to town and a wait in a walmart return line. this book was ordered at christmas time and I just recieved confirmation my money wss refunded yesterday. Seams like I should be entitled to some compensation for my trouble.Glenn
- 5 out of 5 stars review2/17/2026This book arrived promptly with only one small area of concern - a very small area on a rounded corder is not adhered, and I'll place some clear packing tape over this area for reinforcement to avoid it coming (more) undone in the future. Otherwise, the book is in perfect condition; thank you.Anita

Even though I purchased it in February, it feels like Christmas by taking out the book and removing the packaging and thin film. Would recommend buying from this seller again. 5 stars!Ker
- 5 out of 5 stars review2/22/2026Communication didn't occur but the shipping and arrival date were initially almost 2 weeks out when my order was placed. Then I received a notice it was arriving early but only by 2 or 3 days and then I received a notice that it was delivered and all together, from night of order to deliver at the door was 9 days. Happy it arrived earlier then expected but not much in the way of overall notices regarding the product.Amber
