The packaging was hard to find because it was never indicated. Also there is a hole in it and couldn’t blow it up all the way.

Took to 3 different stores to inflate, all seem to think balloon was possibly subjected to too high heat %26/or under too much weight causing balloon to seal prior to shipment or arrival. No time to replace. Had purchased other secondary balloons from another supplier that arrived in perfect condition %26 inflated with helium with no issues.anonymous
