Seller was great. As for the case, it’s a piece of crap. It’s too hard to get out the pump, and the clip is metal so it’s hard against your skin. It’s extremely difficult to get the pump out when needed. Not worth the high price money for this

Why I rated them with three stars: The battery we received is less than impressive. It won't take a full charge and doesn't retain its charge any better than the old (original) battery. This suggests either questionable representation or questionable quality of the products they sell. It is also possible that a defective product got through quality control and made it to my hands, which certainly can happen. I can't say without performing testing on the battery. However, I do not possess equipment required. In any case, I have a battery that is not even as good as the old battery in the phone. Disappointing.Matt

When I submitted a requested a replacement or credit they called me a liar. I will never buy from this company again an will make Walmart aware of their very unprofessional behavior.Unprofessional
