I'd give it a 5 if we had all our pieces, and a customer service number to call and talk to someone. Having to only communicate via their slow response email system is like nails on a chalkboard. ** sigh **

$1999 Bike never came, all they sent was a scam USPS Priority Mail letter to trick Walmart delivery tracking system, with a letter inside that said, DO NOT CONTACT WALMART. This Seller should be removed from the Walmart Platform.

- 1 out of 5 stars review6/1/2023First I was told Walmart no longer uses you as a seller. I called your customer service number it tried to sell me a life alert necklace? Then hung up no live person could be reached. Then I was told it was shipped would be here on the 25th. On the 25th of May it never got here. Then I was told this trike was lost in transit could not be tracked! Then I was told to just get a refund. Then I was told if it did show up Walmart will give me a return label. Then I was notified that the trike can be delivered on the 30th. I called the shipper and told them Walmart had all ready started a return. The shipper advised me to refuse delivery rather than have it delivered and have them pick it back up. Now you are saying you you will charge me a r...DonnaJoy
