The M-D Aluminum and Vinyl Screw-on Top and Sides Door Seal Kit protects against drafts, moisture, dust and insects. Save on energy by sealing the top and sides of your door and keeping the heat or air conditioning from escaping. This kit comes with three pieces, two 84" pieces for the vertical sides of the door frame, and one 36" piece for the top of the door frame. All of the hardware needed to install is included. Before installation, cut to desired length using a hacksaw and be sure the vinyl bulb is compressed against the door to create a proper seal. Simply screw the three pieces into the door frame.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I got this M-D White Aluminum Weatherstrip Set For Door Jambs at the perfect time, when the weather has finally hit winter. I got this for around my front door to help keep the little air out that comes through. This door seal comes with little white screws to help put this up and hold the aluminum in place. The seal is a vinyl bulb, and it seems it should do a good job at keeping the cool air out.

We used this on our odd size basement door.  It was easy to trim down with a grinder.  The thing I would change is to have longer slot type holes.  It took a little work to adjust for the uneven door to be able to close and lock properly.  Other than the door being finicky, we were satisfied.

The white color goes along with the doors wet have so it looks seamless once installed.  They clean up with just a wipe down from a damp cloth.

This came equip with everything you need to install. The directions were on the label and easy to follow. The white matched our white trim nicely. Overall impressed for the sale price and quality.

Nice quality and price

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. My garage door has been slowly warping, and this weatherstrip helped seal up the sides where water was starting to rain in. I just had to cut it down 3 inches, and it fits perfectly. It was super easy to replace it where the old weatherstrip was, some of the old screws even fit.

We've been making some upgrades to our interior to garage door and we thought some weatherstripping to improve the draft from the garage to our mud room would be good. These arrived very warped so I was worried but proceeded anyway. Install is simple. Just measure to size of door and use provided screws to secure. The bends did straighten out when secured to the door frame but I'm still not sure about the look. It's not a door in view often so imperfections aren't noticeable or that bothersome. This is an easy to do project so we might look into something in-store versus shipped next time to make sure we get some that aren't bent.

The website description was really confusing and lacking for this product. I feel like there wasn't enough information in the description and no pictures at the time I ordered it. I thought I was getting the piece for under the door to help with drafts. Maybe that is my mistake but it is the piece for the sides and top of the door that came. However it still didn't mention it was a huge piece bigger than the door and you need a hack saw to cut it. So this piece is definitely not a do it yourself project, it's for a more advanced handyman or someone in construction. It includes the rubber, metal and screws in the package.
